In addition to distribution, we lead the design and development of FAA‑approved alternative parts, offering customers viable solutions that reduce operational costs.

Role – Senior Regional Sales Manager (Military) Asia – Pacific (Singapore Office) Based out of our Singapore office.

Responsibilities

Assist the VP of Military Sales in setting marketing strategies by country and military entity within the Asia‑Pacific Region.

Manage all military‑related customers, sales agents, and trade partner activities, priorities, and performance within the region.

Coordinate sales opportunities with the SD‑NY team and FMS Programs Manager to maximize sales and market share.

Identify, prioritize, and establish SD links to various military electronic sourcing sites (bid boards).

Drive development of direct customer/agent/rep sales plans and product management team activities in advance of customer visits. Assist in constructing final visit reports that outline findings, actions, and market intelligence.

Aid team members with the export‑compliance process, including acquisition of required documentation.

Utilize technical knowledge of all products to differentiate and effectively sell them against competition.

Make sales calls and travel with agents and reps to customers, as well as accounts managed individually.

Execute tactical sales meetings at customer facilities that include engineering support (e.g., Defense Logistics Agencies, Program and Supply Chain Management offices, military bases/depot, government‑contracted MROs).

Develop relationships with a balanced cross‑section of customer contacts and decision makers in government facilities.

Maintain appropriate relationships as customer organizations and contacts change.

Continuously identify opportunities for existing strategic partner products and new product development based on competitor targets, reliability, performance, availability, and price.

Ensure customer satisfaction by overseeing the entire sales process and the relationship with Seal Dynamics.

Monitor competitors and industry trends that impact buying decisions and present potential risks.

Deliver sales presentations and collect information about the customer to aid marketing plans and sales strategies.

Develop quarterly budgets and forecasts.

Collaborate with all functions of the organization to deliver results per expectations.

Work with product managers and strategic partners to drive programs at selected customers using various approaches, including the CRM tool.

Engage in collection activities when accounts become past due in coordination with Finance.

Additional Responsibilities

Keep up to date on industry and product trends.

Assist with sales‑team projects.

Respond to emails on the same day (within 24 hours when traveling).

Work remotely from a home office.

Master tools to manage sales activities.

Continuously educate and expand knowledge of products and related systems.

Maintain constant communication with all interested parties (internal & external).

Experience & Education

BS degree in engineering, marketing, business, or related field.

Minimum 10 years of sales experience (at least 5 years within the military sector, preferably in distribution).

Direct experience working with or for government and military agencies.

Ability to access military facilities.

Physical Demands

Ability to travel extensively.

Ability to spend hours traversing military depots, bases, and MRO facilities.

Ability to work on a computer 8 hours per day.
