Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Portland, Oregon. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for tasks related to customer satisfaction and responsible for managing customer inquiries, generating quotations and providing support primarily over the phone and email.

Qualifications

Inside Sales and Account Management skills

Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Knowledge of plumbing fixtures and related products is a plus

Previous experience in sales or customer service roles
