Come join us! Responsibilities

Relevant sales experience with a B2B SaaS solution and a customer network in the Financial Services market (buy side and sell side). Proven track record of exceeding sales targets; maintain a team of top sales performers and a great winning culture. Build and maintain C‑Level and senior business relationships with clients; build trust and credibility with key stakeholders to create long-term partnerships. Apply strong consultative selling skills; listen actively, ask insightful questions, uncover real client needs, and become a trusted partner. Use knowledge of the industry, competitive environment, and client experiences to identify trends and stay ahead of customer needs. Partner with the global sales team to build and execute a strategic client growth plan for the designated region (North America); own the regional sales plan in partnership with Strategic Account Executives in other regions. Deploy a long-term account strategy with short/medium-term execution plans, blending transactional sales with an enterprise mindset. Prospect across a client base, build a pipeline, gain access to the right levels across organizations, influence, and build advocacy for enterprise sales. Collaborate with Global Customer Success, Sales Development, and Product Specialist teams to deliver growth across a defined client base. Conduct product demonstrations in a value-based sales environment. Maintain an energetic, curious, and rapidly learning mindset; develop rapport and maintain relationships; communicate value clearly across all levels of an organization. Explain complex issues in simple terms; demonstrate ability to hit six-figure or seven-figure revenue targets annually; travel to clients regularly. Partner with the global sales team to focus on upselling existing client relationships within the North America region; research opportunities, initiate discussions, prospect new teams, conduct demos, manage product trials, and close sales. Develop strong internal relationships and marshal resources to deliver on revenue outcomes; forecast accurately and build the necessary pipeline to meet and exceed goals. Coordinate with the Product Specialist team during trials to ensure client engagement; pass on market and client needs to sales, product management, content, and product marketing to continually enhance products. Base Compensation
