What you will do
Meet or exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
Start conversations proactively with Walmart customers.
Explain wireless solutions in simple terms.
Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.
Teach shoppers how to set up and activate new products.
Maintain fully stocked and flawless planogram displays.
How you’ll succeed
Display a high‑energy personality and start conversations with shoppers.
Show resilience and resourcefulness in a high‑traffic environment.
Stay hungry to excel in an uncapped commission role.
Provide fantastic service while displaying integrity.
Stand/move for 8‑10 hour shifts.
Maintain flexibility for peak times, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory; you must be driven to learn. Ongoing in‑store and online training will teach you everything needed about plans, services, devices, and promotions.
