This is a hybrid position,
candidate must be local to San Antonio or Mid-west (USA) .
Overview The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for driving growth in the healthcare technology sector. Experience in cardiac rhythm management sales is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Develop a deep understanding of Octagos Health’s products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status, and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
Work closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales efforts.
Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Travel to client locations as needed to build and strengthen relationships and close sales.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
5–10 years of sales experience, with a focus on cardiac rhythm management / electrophysiology sales.
