You'll be joining us at the ground floor of this exciting public debut! Responsibilities: Lead Management & Conversion:
Effectively manage, qualify, and convert inbound leads for
CommentResponder
. Conduct engaging and persuasive product demonstrations, tailoring the value proposition to address client pain points and business objectives. Drive deals to closure, ensuring a smooth transition to Account Management. Proactive Pipeline Generation:
Independently prospect and generate new leads through strategic LinkedIn outreach, networking, and industry research. Identify and target key decision-makers within businesses that advertise on Meta platforms and digital advertising agencies (for reseller partnerships). Value Articulation & Solution Selling:
Clearly articulate
CommentResponder's
unique value proposition, quantifiable ROI, and competitive advantages (e.g., HyperCognitive AI's deep analysis, objective-driven responses, labor cost reduction, CPA improvement). CRM Management & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, communications, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Provide regular reports and forecasts. Market Awareness & Feedback:
Stay current on industry trends. Provide crucial market insights to Product and Marketing teams. Collaboration:
Work closely with Marketing and Account Management teams to optimize the sales funnel and ensure client success. Qualifications: Proven track record of 2-5+ years of successful quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, preferably in MarTech, AI, or B2B software. Experience conducting engaging and effective software demonstrations. Strong understanding of social media platforms (particularly Meta) and the challenges of managing online engagement. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and close deals. Highly motivated, self-starter, resilient, and excited by an uncapped commission structure. Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, but experience can substitute). Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary PLUS Generous Ongoing Uncapped Commissions:
Significant earning potential through commission on initial setup fees and ongoing monthly recurring revenue for as long as clients remain active.
