Position Overview We are seeking motivated sales professionals to join our successful team in the growing home improvement industry. Our Design Consultants visit pre-scheduled appointments at residential homes and deliver sales presentations, providing homeowners with the necessary information to make same-day decisions regarding gutter protection.
Primary Responsibilities
Travel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments within the greater metro area.
Follow a value-based selling process emphasizing honesty and integrity.
Attend training sessions and regular sales meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license (required).
Willingness to travel up to 2 hours daily for appointments (required).
Ability to lift and carry 20-60 lbs. of sample materials (required).
Proficiency with applications on an iPad (required).
Previous outside sales experience is not required.
Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
Strong desire and ability to close sales.
Compensation
Uncapped, full commission structure; current consultants earn between $80,000 and $220,000+.
Performance-based bonus opportunities.
ICBA Contractors insurance options.
Schedule
Flexible weekly schedule.
Evening and weekend availability required.
Job Details Type: Full-time
Compensation package includes bonuses, commissions (uncapped), and pay structure details above.
Work hours include day and evening shifts, Monday through Saturday as needed.
