What does someone in this role do? This role involves interacting with hundreds of customers weekly across the country to resolve support issues, sell products, and ensure a top-tier customer experience. You should be confident, engaged, and dedicated to bringing a positive attitude every day.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound contacts courteously and professionally.
Use knowledge base and training to answer questions and sell appropriate products/services.
Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues.
Research systems for missing information; coordinate with departments as needed.
Manage accounts using systems and technology.
Document and process customer orders accurately.
Follow scripts, policies, and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of information.
Escalate issues to appropriate staff when necessary.
Attend meetings and training to stay updated.
Adhere to attendance and schedule requirements.

Qualifications
Must be 18+ years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills
Typing speed of 20+ WPM
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Reliable with good attendance
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Customer service orientation
Ability to multitask and stay focused
Team-oriented and adaptable to change
Preferred (not required)
1+ year experience in customer support, sales, or related fields
State or Federal work experience
Additional requirements
Authorized to work in the relevant country
Willing to undergo background/security checks and drug screening
This role involves sedentary work with long periods of sitting and using office equipment. Physical requirements include moving objects and exerting force up to 40 pounds occasionally.
