Overview As a Senior Account Executive for our Enterprise IT Operations Management software portfolio, you will be responsible for leading pursuit in focused territories, driving pipeline, prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing opportunities. You will have named accounts allocated and cover a designated geography within Germany. The position is based in Germany.
What The Role Offers
Direct (software) sales experience
Experience in hunting or new business sales as well as account management
Experience in selling ITOM, DevOps, Hybrid IT solutions is a bonus!
Works closely with the extended sales team—PreSales, Professional Services, and Customer Success Management—to build effective opportunity and close plans.
What You Need To Succeed
Good communication in English and fluency in German
Mastery of product, solution, and competitor knowledge to sell large, complex solutions
Demonstrated leadership and initiative in driving specialty sales—prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals
In-depth knowledge of client business, organizational structure, processes, and financial structure
Leverage partners to deliver or influence the sale, using C‑level engagement skills to offer value‑add solutions
Expertise in Salesforce CRM and accurate forecasting
Provable evidence of overachieving quota, diverse business customers, high‑level customer interface, and diverse selling responsibilities
