Sales Representative
Garden Grove Hyundai, now a proud part of Lithia & Driveway (LAD), is expanding! We’re looking for motivated, customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our team. If you have sales experience—automotive or otherwise—and a desire to build a successful career with the nation’s largest automotive group, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle selection process
Build rapport and deliver a professional, positive buying experience
Stay knowledgeable about Hyundai models, features, and incentives
Manage leads, follow-ups, and appointments to maximize your pipeline
Partner with sales managers and finance to finalize deals
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
What We’re Looking For
Prior sales experience preferred (automotive a plus)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Energetic, professional, and goal-driven mindset
Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Payable Gross, and Bonuses based on Individual Units Sold and Manufacturer Approvability.
The Monthly Estimated Earnings Range is $4,017.00 - $13,225.00.
