This role focuses on Living Benefit Life Insurance, a product line you can offer clients without requiring the client to die to collect. We partner with over 25 industry-leading carriers to provide a broad portfolio of products. Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize our platform to target qualified candidates and focus time on client interactions. Client Consultation: Conduct needs assessments to understand financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options. Sales Presentation: Deliver sales presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring content to address client concerns. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships with ongoing support and service; conduct regular follow-ups for satisfaction and retention. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position products effectively. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of activities and progress; prepare regular reports for management. Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies; protect client information and uphold ethical standards. Qualifications
Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently. Life insurance license or ability to obtain one (license assistance provided).
Compensation
100% commission-based with incentives and no caps. Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly on the 15th. Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client’s sale. Details
