Location Atlanta, GA
Responsibilities
Identify and research target accounts using modern sales data tools
Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and social channels to generate new pipeline
Engage prospects with compelling messaging tailored to their business needs
Qualify leads against defined criteria before handing off to Accountives
Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and progress in CRM (Salesforce)
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outbound messaging and campaigns
Consistently achieve activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings booked)
Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Requirements
1‑2 years of sales or business development experience (B2B SaaS preferred)
Strong communication and active listening skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to feedback
Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, etc.)
Be comfortable working during US business hours to stay aligned with our team and customers
Nice to Have
Prior outbound sales experience
Resilience, strong communication, and comfort with high‑volume outreach
