Job Summary The Strategic District Sales Manager will manage all sales activities within a defined district for strategic sales with a focus on meeting sales targets. The role is remote with a home office set up, but requires residence in the district (MN) to support business needs. As an outside sales position, the manager is expected to spend at least 50% of the time outside the office, building relationships with customers, identifying new opportunities and following up on leads. The manager must be self‑motivated and comfortable working with limited direction and oversight.
Role Description
Manage all sales activities within a defined district with a focus on meeting sales targets.
Build a professional sales team (recruit, hire, and train new employees).
Coach, motivate, and mentor the team.
Execute sales motions, campaigns, and drive exponential territory growth.
Drive sales strategy to develop new business with existing customers, and acquire new customers.
Drive partner field engagement by establishing and developing strong partner relationships within the assigned district.
Engage internal company resources into the sales process, such as marketing to create brand awareness.
Oversee accurate pipeline management.
Own the top customers in the territory.
Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to customers.
Schedule and attend customer appointments.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of previous sales management experience.
Minimum 5+ years background in an outside sales role, supporting strategic accounts.
Experience working with C‑Level executives.
Proficiency in Office applications – Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Proven record of attaining sales goals and quotas.
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $200,000 - $275,000, which includes a base salary and bonus. Benefits may include medical, vision, dental, 401(k) and flexible spending.
