About the Role: As an

Account Executive , you will drive your territory's performance by executing strategic sales plans, building relationships, and growing existing business with schools and organizations. You will be a trusted partner to athletic directors, coaches, and community leaders.

This is a Full-Time position.

A Day in the Life

Develop and execute territory plans to grow business and meet sales targets.

Establish credibility as an industry expert among clients.

Understand customer objectives and industry trends.

Represent Snap! Mobile at events to generate sales opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with schools, districts, and sports groups.

Manage sales pipeline and forecast accurately.

Keep customer records updated in HubSpot CRM.

Role Progression Within 1 Month:

Complete onboarding, begin outreach, manage sales process, learn tools.

Within 3 Months:

Execute a growth plan, conduct prospecting, and presentations.

Within 6 Months:

Independently manage sales activities, close deals, and increase customer retention.

About You

Organized, goal-oriented, and adaptable.

Fast learner with a desire to grow in tech sales.

Transparent communicator and collaborator.

2+ years of sales experience.

Requirements

Clean driving record.

Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $40K plus uncapped commissions, with an average OTE of $70K - $175K in the first year. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K with 4% match, 13 paid holidays, and unlimited PTO.
