As an
Account Executive, Unattended Sales
at
Castles Technology , you will be part of a high‑growth team driving innovation in the unattended payments market—one of the fastest‑growing segments of Fintech, spanning industries such as vending, kiosks, EV charging, parking, and self‑service retail. In this role, you will focus on new business development and strategic sales, identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and closing deals that expand Castles’ presence in this evolving market.
Responsibilities
Drive new business sales by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities within assigned territories and verticals.
Proactively prospect and engage with potential clients through networking, cold outreach, and participation in trade shows and industry events.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts; negotiate terms and pricing to secure business opportunities.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast opportunities accurately in the CRM system.
Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitive activities to position Castles Technology effectively.
Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding, driving long‑term client success and retention.
Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and performance metrics, contributing to the company’s revenue growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of proven success in sales, ideally within the Payments, Fintech, or Technology sector.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed quotas, with a strong track record of closing complex deals.
Excellent prospecting, presentation, and negotiation skills with a results‑driven mindset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in CRM platforms, sales tools, and pipeline management; skilled at leveraging data to drive decisions.
Self‑motivated and resilient, with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment as well as collaboratively within a team.

Additional Information Work Hours: This position is a full‑time role working forty hours a week. The role will be onsite in an office setting.
