ROLE OVERVIEW: As our Vice President of EU and ME/Asia Sales, you will lead Swarmer’s international expansion, open new markets, and forge high-impact partnerships with defense and government leaders across the globe. We are looking for an accomplished global sales leader with experience scaling sales organizations and revenue from the ground up.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: Global Sales Strategy & Leadership
Define an effective and scalable structure to drive sales and incentivize sales people across the globe.
Build, lead, and inspire a high-performance sales team.
Drive revenue growth through direct sales, strategic partnerships, and channel development.
Identify and pursue high-value opportunities in priority markets worldwide.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with decision-makers in defense, government, and large enterprise sectors.
Represent Swarmer at top-tier defense, technology, and security events.
Lead or support regional demonstration campaigns, RFP responses, and customer trials to showcase Swarmer capabilities.
Complex Deal Execution
Lead the pursuit and closure of complex, multi-million-dollar contracts in regulated industries.
Navigate global defense procurement processes, compliance requirements, and certification standards.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product and engineering teams to align offerings with market needs and customer requirements.
Lead (or direct) field operations teams who organize public demonstrations for potential customers (corporate or government).
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: A hunter; not a shepherd. You will need to initiate, drive, and push deals over the finish line.
Ideal Experience: Demonstrated experience and success in scaling sales organizations from the ground up.
A proven track record in sales within defense, cybersecurity, or advanced technology markets.
Established network in defense, security, and government procurement sectors.
Skills & Knowledge: Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
Deep understanding of global defense procurement processes and regulatory compliance.
Strong business acumen and ability to operate in high-pressure, mission-driven environments.
Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
