As a YCP Client Success Strategist, you will regularly interact with clients each week, form relationships, and be instrumental in co-creating strategies that help them achieve important results for their brands. You will become a trusted partner, delivering agency work that helps each client succeed while building relationships that may turn into long-term friendships.

Get introduced to our clients, understand what we do for them, and learn how we deliver creative work in each team.
Translate client needs into specific creative project briefs, identifying goals, budget, and timeline to hand off to our agency Project Manager.
Pitch new ideas by asking the most important questions.
Manage the big-picture execution of brand strategies—assessing success and identifying necessary adjustments.
In the long term, you will:
Support the strategic sales effort in onboarding new clients, participating in discovery and strategy-writing.
Lead brainstorming and strategy sessions with clients to develop creative solutions to business challenges.
Grow specific client relationships by delivering agency work that fosters trust and success.
Serve clients proactively, address problems, and develop close relationships to maintain high retention and referrals.
Be a people person who loves helping and educating others.
Enjoy problem-solving and asking insightful questions.
Communicate details and deliverables effectively and with care.
Possess strong writing skills.
Have 3-5 years of experience in a client service role; for senior levels, extensive agency experience across multiple clients is preferred.
