We will be opening a new office in Raleigh, NC, and will proudly serve The Triangle, offering elite property services to one of the nation’s most exclusive markets. Ideal candidates have backgrounds in luxury residential construction (as Project Managers or Superintendents), high‑end hospitality, the yachting industry, or—most relevant—private estate management. Position Overview The Estate Executive will be responsible for launching and driving the success of Tongue & Groove’s Property Services division in Raleigh. This is a leadership role with a clear path for growth and influence, offering salary, bonus potential, health benefits, and the backing of an established, respected management team in Wilmington, NC.

Client Relationship & Sales
Proactively offer Tongue & Groove’s estate management and renovation services to construction and real estate clients
Grow revenue through small repair projects, ongoing maintenance plans, and relationship‑based sales
Project Completion & Warranty
Collaborate with project supervisors to finalize punch lists on new construction projects
Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to close out punch list and warranty items
Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners regarding warranty and maintenance programs
Address punch list items and perform small repairs from inspections
Coordinate field staff and outside vendors to ensure timely execution
Home Maintenance & Renovation
Execute or manage routine maintenance, repairs, and renovation work
Provide accurate estimates, create maintenance schedules, and ensure exceptional service delivery
Safety & Quality Control
Maintain safe work sites and enforce safety policies and procedures
Oversee quality control by inspecting work and managing vendor performance
Field Staff Management
Direct the work of field teams and approve subcontractor contributions
Resolve issues efficiently while upholding the company’s standard of excellence
Customer Relationships
Build and sustain client relationships that lead to long‑term trust and future construction or real estate referrals
Help ensure profitable margins while upholding the quality and standards of the Tongue & Groove brand
Communication & Reporting
Maintain regular, professional communication with leadership and team members
Utilize company software for reporting, task management, and documentation

Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
