Account Executive

UBEO Business Services, the premier provider of business technology products and services, is seeking to hire a Sales Representative to join our team. UBEO is a distributor/servicer of document equipment and software solutions. Primary products include Xerox, Ricoh, and Konica Minolta multi-functional equipment and Kyocera printers. UBEO specializes in electronic document management software and integrations. The primary responsibilities of this position are as follows: Purpose The primary responsibility for this position is selling business technology solutions through prospecting and cold calling. Responsibilities Telephone prospecting & face-to-face cold calling Conducting client needs analysis Developing solutions for new and existing customers that include Hardware, Software, and Managed Services within an assigned territory Presenting and closing solution offers Managing clients throughout the lifecycle of their contracts Responsible for growth and expansion in your territory Meeting or exceeding revenue and gross profit expectations Collaborating closely with sales managers, trainers, analysts, and support staff within UBEO Performing other duties as assigned Job Related Dimensions Business-to-business sales experience Ability to cold call and handle rejection Strong leadership qualities and professionalism Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly motivated, results-driven professional Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field Minimum of 4+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably industry-specific Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and activity quotas Track record of developing and maintaining client relationships Physical Demands & Work Environment Prolonged sitting at a desk Ability to talk on the phone and use various computer applications Proficiency in typing and written communication Ability to operate a vehicle for client visits Standing/walking for extended periods at times Occasional lifting of 20+ lbs Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Consistent, reliable attendance required UBEO offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including health plans, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, pet insurance, legal services, retirement plans, and paid time off.
