We’re looking for a motivated, ambitious sales professional to join our team! Specializing in glass products and services, this role focuses on generating new business and building strong client relationships. Ideal candidates have a proven track record in sales and a passion for exceeding targets.
Compensation:
$60,000 salary first 3 months while in training, then commission-based up to 10%. Great earning potential and room for growth.

Responsibilities
Identify and target potential customers through strategic market research
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to consistently exceed sales goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and loyalty
Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers
Negotiate and close sales deals effectively, ensuring mutual value
Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads and grow the client base
Qualifications
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the glass or construction industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
Compensation $60,000
