Job Title: Sales Manager
Position Overview:
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and managing strategic sales opportunities. This role leads the sales process from prospecting to closing, while fostering strong client relationships and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Prospect, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across assigned markets or segments.
Manage and grow existing client accounts through relationship building and upselling opportunities.
Conduct high‑level negotiations, prepare proposals, and close complex sales agreements.
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product/Service teams to ensure client needs are met.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to adjust sales strategies.
Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company standards, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5–7+ years of proven sales experience.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals within [industry‑specific, e.g., hospitality, technology, or corporate services].
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
Proficiency in CRM systems: CI/TY.
High level of business acumen and strategic thinking.
Willingness to travel as required.
Results‑driven with a strong sense of accountability.
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
Analytical thinking and problem‑solving.
Adaptability in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the Sales Manager is regularly required to move around the facility; stand for long hours during events; talk and hear. This position may require work inside or outside of the building, as needed by events; travel as necessary. Generally works in an office setting with minimal adverse exposure to environmental hazards.
