We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Executive to join our salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in consultative, high‑value technology sales, driving complex sales cycles, building consensus among C‑suite executives, and educating for maximum resonance. This role focuses on driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business. Drive New Business Opportunities: Utilize the Challenger sales methodology to strategically target ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and capitalize on new opportunities for IT, cybersecurity, marketing, and digital transformation solutions. Solve Business Problems: Conduct exhaustive discovery, multi‑stakeholder alignment, and executive briefings to identify and address organizational needs. Drive Innovation: Present and evaluate solution options, aligning decision makers and influencing strategy. Become a Trusted Business Advisor: Use storytelling and our Business Transformation Assessment to demonstrate how solutions address challenges and future‑proof the organization. Responsibilities

Business Development: Proactively prospect and secure new accounts, leveraging SDR support and strategic outreach. Consultative Selling: Understand clients’ objectives and challenges, articulate alternative perspectives, and challenge status‑quo thinking. Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical and support teams to develop customized solutions. Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow‑up. Thought Leadership & Market Intelligence: Stay informed on trends and serve as subject‑matter expert. Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales engineers, consultants, and support staff to deliver exceptional service. Sales Technology Stack: Use Microsoft Dynamics (CRM), SalesLoft, 6Sense, and related tools to build targeted cadences and outreach strategies. Things We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will navigate complex deal cycles, communicate effectively, identify economic drivers, and build consensus among stakeholders. A strong understanding of IT, cybersecurity, digital transformation, AI, and marketing is essential, along with the ability to align offerings with client needs in a strategic, value‑driven manner. Qualifications

5+ years of sales experience in IT, cybersecurity, digital transformation, marketing, business consulting, or similar field. Prior experience as an Account Executive, Enterprise Account Executive, Business Consultant, or similar role focused on new business. Demonstrated success navigating multi‑stakeholder environments and long sales cycles (6+ months). Strong experience engaging and influencing senior executives (CIO, CMO, COO, CFO, etc.). Proficient in sales tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, SalesLoft, 6sense, or similar. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Why Join Us?
