Responsibilities
Help customers bring their project ideas to life by offering a range of product options, providing samples, and recommending solutions, including installation and related services.
Listen to customer needs, address concerns, and highlight current promotions and financing options.
Understand local competitors and communicate Home Depot’s advantages to guide customers through every step of the shopping experience.
Meet monthly sales goals and other key metrics.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety; work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service.
Monitor inventory and drive in‑stock levels to support a seamless shopping experience.
