Sales Specialist

Job Description Sales Specialists help customers bring their project ideas to life by offering a range of product options, providing samples, and recommending solutions—including installation and related services. They listen to customer needs, address concerns, highlight current promotions and financing options, and communicate Home Depot's advantages relative to local competitors. They guide customers through every step, set clear expectations, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. Sales Specialists are expected to meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store. They also help keep the store clean, organized, and safe, working as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service and actively monitor inventory to support a seamless shopping experience.
