divisions.

As a key member of our sales organization, you will identify new opportunities, develop customized full-truckload solutions, and expand UC Group’s presence within the retail transportation market. If you’re passionate about logistics, solving customer challenges, and achieving results in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Lead new business development focused on

retail truckload (TL)

and

full-truckload brokerage

opportunities.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate short-, mid-, and long-term revenue growth.

Prospect, qualify, and close new business with retail shippers and distribution partners.

Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted logistics advisor.

Collaborate closely with internal teams — operations, pricing, and carrier management — to ensure flawless execution and customer satisfaction.

Understand customer supply chain challenges and design tailored truckload transportation solutions.

Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements that align with company objectives and customer needs.

Utilize

Salesforce

or similar CRM tools to manage the pipeline, track performance, and forecast revenue.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience in

Truckload (TL) Sales ,

Retail Transportation , or

Freight Brokerage .

LTL Retail Sales experience is a strong plus

and highly beneficial to success in this role.

Proven ability to develop, negotiate, and close truckload business opportunities.

Strong understanding of the

retail supply chain, transportation, and distribution sectors .

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong financial acumen and problem-solving capabilities.

Team-oriented approach with a commitment to collaboration and customer success.

Existing book of business within retail or truckload transportation (preferred).
