High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous retail or customer service experience. Bilingual Spanish/English required, additional language skills a plus. Requirements
In accordance with federal, state, and local laws, candidates must have a valid driver's license or unexpired picture ID issued by the State of California Authority, and a social security number that can and will be verified through the State's E-Verify system. Candidates must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Our retail store environment may require evening hours. Essential Duties
Achieve or exceed assigned monthly performance sales plans. Acquire and maintain product knowledge to demonstrate brand, quality, and style. Recommend, select, and locate or obtain merchandise based on consumer requests. Efficiently and accurately process sales transactions using store register and adhere to checkout standards. Access consumer accounts and maintain accuracy as well as safety in accordance with company's consumer privacy policies. Maintain professional attire, behavior, and neatness in accordance with company policy. Other duties as assigned. Equal Opportunity
