Regional Sales Manager (Bitcoin Mining Solutions) - Bilingual

Serving public companies, institutional investors, and large corporate clients, we lead the industry with high-efficiency hardware, a global service network, and best-in-class customer support. Key Responsibilities: Drive new business and revenue growth across U.S. institutional and corporate segments (public miners, hedge funds, data centers, Fortune 1000). Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers—managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach and proposal through contract negotiation, order fulfillment, and collections. Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, and service teams to craft and deliver targeted promotional campaigns, coordinate after-sales support, customize bundled hardware + hosting + O&M packages, and gather market intelligence. Represent our brand at industry events, summits, and client presentations; position us as the partner of choice in Bitcoin mining. Achieve quarterly and annual targets for new account acquisition, sales revenue, and pipeline development. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline; leadership experience in student or professional organizations is a plus. 1–3 years of proven B2B sales experience in Bitcoin mining, blockchain hardware, or adjacent tech sectors. Solid understanding of Bitcoin mining operations, blockchain fundamentals, and hardware lifecycle. Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin or another language is a plus. Cross-cultural agility with familiarity in both U.S. business practices and Chinese corporate environments.
