By understanding local competitors and communicating Home Depot’s advantages, they guide customers through every step, set clear expectations, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. They are expected to meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store. They also keep the store clean, organized, and safe, working as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service while actively monitoring inventory and driving in-stock to support a seamless shopping experience.
