We are seeking an experienced and driven Vice President of BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Sales to spearhead our sales strategy and lead business growth initiatives in the BPO sector. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve growth targets and establish the company as a market leader in the BPO space. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting enterprise-level clients across various industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, to foster long-term partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams to design and present tailored BPO solutions that address client needs and deliver measurable value. Identify emerging market trends and new service opportunities to expand the company’s footprint in the BPO industry. Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales effectiveness and inform decision-making. Work closely with delivery, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of client engagements. Oversee the sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize return on investment. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance visibility and build the brand. Candidate Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in the BPO industry. Demonstrated success in selling complex outsourcing solutions to enterprise clients. Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Expertise in managing long sales cycles and negotiating high-value contracts. Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools. Deep understanding of BPO operations, market dynamics, and client needs. Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events. Ability to foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Compensation Details

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
