The Catering & Event Sales Coordinator for Los Angeles provides essential sales administrative and event planning support to the Senior Catering & Event Sales Manager and their team. This role plays a key part in organizing and supporting the sales and event execution process, ensuring both client service and internal operations are handled with timeliness, accuracy, and professionalism. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, has exceptional communication and organizational skills, and is passionate about creating extraordinary guest experiences. Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine heart for hospitality, both internally and externally. Professional, enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable team player. Excellent customer service instincts, conflict resolution abilities, and strong relationship-building skills. Familiarity with client service, event planning, and administrative processes. Ability to work collaboratively with all departments and align internal operations with client expectations. Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter with a proactive mindset and team-oriented attitude. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google applications, CRM platforms, and catering/event management software. 2–3 years of experience in catering, hospitality, sales, event coordination, administrative support, or related customer service roles. College degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred. Current California Food Handler’s card and valid driver’s license required. Local travel required. Pay Range

$25- $27 Per Hour (Depending on Experience), Full Time Benefits & Perks
