Car Sales Associates must be willing to : Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner. Invest time in continuous product knowledge training. Accurately present and demonstrate features and benefits of selected vehicles. Be committed to customer service before and after the sale. Maintain consistent contact with clients with email, phone, internet requests and other lead sources. Present pricing options and be comfortable negotiating price. Work 50+ hours/week, which includes every Saturday (and having a day off during the week instead) Job Requirements for Car Sales Associates: Outstanding computer/internet and phone skills. Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills. Self-starter with strong initiative and a firm commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction. Valid driver’s license with 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years No major driving violations in last 3 years (DUI, reckless, etc.) Sales or related commission based experience preferred Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
