Job Overview Premium operates wireless locations in more than 1,300 outlets via Walmart Supercenter with a dedicated sales team of over 3,200 brand representatives. As one of Premium’s Wireless Sales Professionals, you will connect shoppers with the wireless products and solutions they need.

Meet or exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
Start conversations proactively with Walmart customers.
Explain wireless solutions in simple, easy‑to‑understand terms.
Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.
Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through setup and activation.
Maintain planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.
Qualifications & Skills
High‑energy personality and natural conversational ability with shoppers.
Resilience and resourcefulness in a high‑traffic environment.
Drive to excel in an uncapped commission sales role.
Integrity and commitment to Premium’s high service standards.
Capacity to stand/move for 8–10 hour shifts.
Flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.
No prior sales experience required; strong drive to learn is essential.
