Job Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients via person to person and phone Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and generate sales for new customers and for current customers Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner Cashier drawer responsibilities Requirements
Fluent in English, both written and verbal Sales and Customer Service Experience from 2-5 years Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds Strong data entry skills and attention to detail Must speak Spanish and English Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet targets/goals Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think on your feet Benefits
Competitive salary Opportunity for advancement Base salary + Commission Biweekly payment Days of vacation, sick days and holidays Training on products, prices and how to use the system Schedule: Monday to Friday 7‑5 and 8‑6 p.m. every other Saturday. 1 hour lunch.
