Main Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales and pricing plans for service products in your region.
Promote the VTS Service Ladder to increase customer share and market share.
Train, mentor, and energize the service sales team to achieve technical and commercial excellence.
Achieve annual sales, revenue, and profit goals agreed with the Business Line Manager VTS.
Expand business by growing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and indirect sales channels.
Collaborate with equipment sales and service operations teams to deliver total solutions.
Monitor account receivables and overdue balances to protect working capital.
Prepare and deliver impactful service presentations to customers.
Analyze customer needs and coordinate with internal teams to provide optimized solutions.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or equivalent technical experience.
Skills & Knowledge
Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team, driving performance and growth.
Strong experience in service sales strategy and territory management.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to learn and convey technical concepts clearly to customers and team members.
Skilled in creating tailored solutions by leveraging internal technical resources.
Collaborative and engaging team player with strong leadership qualities.
Able to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing business needs.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Other Requirements / Preferred Traits
Sales‑driven mindset with technical operations or rotating equipment background; vacuum industry experience preferred.
High energy, curious, and results‑oriented with a strategic approach.
Quick learner with creative problem‑solving skills.

Self‑starter comfortable working remotely and managing a dispersed team.
Mechanical, vacuum, or fluid systems knowledge is a plus.
Valid driver’s license required.

Compensation The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee’s primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on qualifications. For NV/CO: $104,000 – $140,000.

Occasional risk of electrical shock.
