Express Employment is seeking a Sales Manager for a Manufacturing Facility in Morrison, TN to lead the sales of automotive adhesives and build strategic partnerships with automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with customers, including OEMs and industrial clients.
Identify new business opportunities and grow sales.
Prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and track sales performance.
Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams to meet customer requirements.
Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Materials Engineering, Business, or related field.
5 years Experience in sales preferably in automotive and adhesive industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of adhesive properties, compatibility testing and quality processes.
Requirements & Skills
Ability to travel frequently and visit customer sites.
Valid Driver's License required.
Customer-focused, adaptable, and professional.
Technical understanding to explain products to engineers and procurement teams.
