Key Account Manager – Volkswagen
As a
Key Account Manager for Volkswagen , you will develop and strengthen our partnership with one of our most strategic customers. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll drive growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and expand SEGULA Technologies’ presence within the account.
Main Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key Volkswagen stakeholders.
Act as the main contact and strategic partner for the Account.
Coordinate internal teams (support, services, management) to deliver high-quality solutions.
Lead and adapt the
bidding process
to win new business.
Meet or exceed turnover and volume objectives in line with company strategy.
Identify new opportunities, grow market share, and strengthen existing collaborations.
Promote SEGULA Technologies’ image through a customer-focused approach.
Manage global agreements (negotiation, documentation, implementation).
Report regularly on business performance and action plans.
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in
Engineering
or similar.
Experience at
Volkswagen
or a comparable automotive OEM in Germany or Europe.
Minimum
3–5 years in sales
within an industrial or engineering environment.
Proven track record in key account management and business development.
Excellent
communication and negotiation skills .
Fluent in
German and English .
CRM proficiency.
Strong
engagement, sales acumen, and entrepreneurial mindset .
