Build relationships and inspire loyalty. Recommend additional and complimentary products. Inform customers of current promotions and events. Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events. Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program. High School Diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years of age or older 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business Clear and concise communication with customers, co-workers and management Ability to apply product knowledge training to assist customers Ability to read and explain product labels Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by Manager Legal and Equal Opportunity
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation. May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion. Working Conditions: The position requires standing for long periods, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, reaching, or similar activities, and may involve lifting moderately heavy items.
