For this role, we look for individuals to be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Primary Responsibilities

Territory management of a geographical area. Responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention. Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests. Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. New business development and Client acquisition/Account development. Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Educate them on how EquipmentShare can help save money, increase revenue, and operate more efficiently. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and keep them informed about new solutions. Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, or complaints. Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers. Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and enhance customer experience. Skills & Qualifications

Tenacious, innovative, and experienced in outside sales with a proven track record. Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Technical aptitude to adapt and stay updated on products and services. Results-driven, competitive, self-motivated, and team-oriented. Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
