We’re looking for a
Sales Manager SMB focused on Independent Dealerships
to take charge of our North American outbound sales efforts. In this role, you’ll lead and develop a growing team of SMB sellers who fuel our pipeline and power our growth.
As Team Lead, you’ll inspire, coach, and empower your team to consistently hit (and exceed) goals, drive best practices in outreach and prospecting, and play a key role in shaping the future of our sales organization. This is a high-impact leadership role where your ability to motivate and scale a top-performing team directly accelerates our growth in North America.
Key Responsibilities Lead & Grow a High-Performing SMB Team
Manage & Mentor:
Coach, mentor and ensuring they are equipped with the skills to generate new business opportunities.
Set & Track KPIs:
Establish clear performance metrics focused on lead generation, call volumes, and appointment setting. Monitor progress and provide actionable feedback.
Foster Culture:
Create a high-energy, accountable, and continuously learning environment that motivates the team to exceed targets.
Drive Sales & Revenue Growth
Data-Driven Strategy:
Analyze call metrics, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators to refine and enhance outreach strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Account Executives and sales leadership to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and optimize conversion rates.
Shape Sales Strategy & Execution
Strategic Alignment:
Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to align outbound lead generation with overall sales strategies.
Process Optimization:
Continuously assess and improve processes, tools, and best practices to maximize efficiency.
Reporting & Insights:
Provide regular performance reports and insights to wider management team to drive informed decision-making. Identifying issues is good, creating solutions is great
Your Profile: ✔
Experience:
5+ years in sales and team management, within the SaaS industry.

Proven Track Record:
Demonstrated success in scaling high-performing sales teams.
✔
Leadership Skills:
Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities with a passion for development
✔
Data-Driven:
Strong analytical skills with hands‑on experience using CRM tools (HubSpot)
✔
Industry insight:
Automotive industry knowledge is a plus but not required.
