They’re growing fast and adding driven sales professionals to their team — hunters who thrive in the field, love chasing new business, and want to sell premium forklift and lift truck solutions from brands like CAT, Mitsubishi, and Jungheinrich.

Role Highlights
1 office day / 4 field days
— true outside sales structure
Local territory
— home every night (no overnight travel)
Year 1 OTE:
$150K+
Top reps:
$300K–$400K
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Manage geographic territory by counties/zip codes
Prospect new business and own the full sales cycle
Use ZoomInfo and other tools for research, outreach, and lead generation
Manage pipeline, follow up diligently, and close deals of $40K+ average ticket size
Collaborate with service and support teams to ensure smooth post‑sale transitions
Ideal Candidate
2+ years of true outside B2B hunting experience
Proven success in hitting or exceeding sales metrics
Confident, self‑starter with strong organizational skills and follow‑up discipline
Comfortable in blue‑collar or industrial environments
