In-Store Sales Lead Generator American Residential Services (ARS) seeks an energetic In-Store Sales Lead Generator for multiple retail locations. Join our team of over 7,000 professionals.

Overview Work inside a national retail home improvement store engaging customers in friendly conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency. Your goal is to schedule free in‑home consultations with our experienced comfort advisors.

Pay & Benefits Pay:

$18–$20 per hour + commission.

Earning potential:

$20–$30/hour on average with commission.

Location:

Multiple locations available!

Schedule:

Wednesday–Sunday. Weekly in‑office meeting every Wednesday from 9am‑10:30am at the Nashville branch.

Benefits:

Weekly pay via direct deposit, commission on top of hourly rate, paid training (no HVAC experience required), career path into Sales Advisor roles. Full‑time employees also receive insurance after 31 days, low‑cost medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, 401(k) with company match, paid time off + holiday pay, company‑paid life insurance.

Responsibilities

Engage retail shoppers and discuss HVAC upgrades, air quality, and energy efficiency solutions.

Schedule free in‑home consultations with ARS comfort advisors.

Maintain a professional appearance and represent the ARS brand.

Qualifications

Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers.

Friendly, outgoing personality; sales experience a plus.

Ability to stand/walk up to 6 hours during shift.

Reliable transportation to/from assigned store.

Minimum age 18 years.

Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required).

Ability to attend weekly in‑office meetings.

Must pass background check.
