The Role Inside Sales Representative – January 2026
What You’ll Do:
Prospect, cold call, and develop new business relationships with decision-makers across industries
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
Build and maintain relationships with carriers to ensure reliable transportation solutions for clients
Negotiate pricing and contracts to maximize profitability
Leverage PLS’s industry-leading technology to track shipments and provide outstanding customer service
What We’re Looking For
Graduating in December 2025
and ready to start full-time in
January 2026
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
Competitive, driven, and eager to succeed in a sales-focused career
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
$47,000 base salary
+
$1,000 signing bonus
Uncapped commission potential (six-figure earning potential within a few years)
