Job Purpose
Provide support to the sales representatives. Essential Job Functions
Update sales report, RA reports and information for sales plan for each account Create sample order, tag, pack and ship samples Collaborate with Product Development to adjust item as needed Submit price changes, sample requests with stone or model changes Update customer presentation Enter orders and follow up with production, inventory, shipping and customer Release EDI orders and ensure shipped according to specifications Collaborate with Purchasing to ensure items ordered follow spec sheets for each account Complete GIA stone submissions and documentation Inventory Control including bin stock and projections Collaborate with Accounting to ensure RAs and returns are processed properly Assist with organizing and driving to trade shows, jewelry events, and customer visits Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 2. 5+ years administrative experience 3. Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in a professional manner when contacting visitors, customers, vendors and company contacts 5. Must be detail oriented 6. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure 7. Ability to work in a team environment 8. Jewelry experience a plus Employment Details
