Aspects Beauty We are looking for a passionate, fully flexible Fragrance Sales Consultant to work in World Duty Free (WDF) at Heathrow Airport. Positions are available in various terminals. Overview
WDF is a leading global travel retailer with over 60 years of experience. As a Fragrance Consultant you will contribute to the overall success of the account through excellent product knowledge, teamwork, and the delivery of outstanding customer service. You will promote, enhance and maintain the company image and reputation to the customer. Key Responsibilities
Sell fragrance and beauty products to achieve required retail individual and account sales targets set by the company. Develop outstanding product knowledge of all brands worked with. Achieve sales targets and deliver a total brand experience. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring traffic stopping is key. Communicate information to the Line Manager when required. Maintain company standards, including excellent grooming at all times. Job Requirements
Previous sales experience in a similar industry working with sales targets. A passion for fragrance, beauty and luxury brands. Flexibility; hours will include weekends, early starts, and/or late finishes. Airport security checks may take up to 3 months to process. Benefits
Full‑time position 37.5 hours per week across a seven‑day rota. Commission based on personal sales. Product allocation after a qualifying period. Life assurance after a qualifying period. Starting salary of £28,119 plus commission. About Aspects Beauty
