Responsibilities for an Account Executive include: Sales and Business Development - 80% office and 20% in market Develop and execute a
sales plan
for identifying leads and growing the customer base in your territory, including generating prospects and building a consistent pipeline. Move prospects through the sales process quickly and efficiently through closing stages. Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns to gain new business and grow existing clients. Accurately forecast and pipeline opportunities to achieve 100% goal attainment. Analyze client needs and
provide strategic business solutions
utilizing solid problem-solving and consultative skills. Propose and negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet client needs and drive profitable growth. Conduct in-person visits to existing customers to maintain strong relationships, working collaboratively with Placement Coordinators. Visit potential new clients, attend networking events, forums, and job fairs. Identify
safety concerns
within potential customers to avoid costly workers' compensation claims. Set up new customers, opportunities, and job orders in Avionte, providing background for Placement Coordinators. Work closely with Placement Coordinators during the initial weeks of a new customer for a
smooth transition . Collaborate with team members to achieve
100% coverage
for each office Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, with flexible schedules. Qualifications/Success Indicators: High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associate's degree preferred. 2+ years successful B2B sales experience; staffing industry or service sales experience preferred. Ability to work in both Milwaukee and Hartford offices as needed. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service skills and proficiency with Microsoft and CRM tools. Strategic mindset and self-motivation to meet objectives independently. Discipline and ambition to advance your sales career.
