Bilingual Sales Representative (Spanish required) - Uncapped Commissions We are looking for a dynamic sales professional to develop long‑term relationships with customers and oversee sales. The account executives will meet customer needs promptly and provide a positive customer experience.
What we offer:
Competitive pay (unlimited commissions up to $100k!).
Monthly subsidy for car and cell phone ($1,000). Eligible for a guaranteed bonus of $1,000 during the first 3 months and a bonus of $500 during the next 4–6 months, or a gross‑margin commission (greater of the two).
2–4% sales commission on gross margin + $100 for each new customer (a gross margin of $200 must be achieved).
Employee pricing on all Prime Meats products.

Referral bonus up to $200–500.
Purpose To develop long‑term relationships with customers and oversee sales. The account executives work to meet customer needs and requests, responding to inquiries promptly and providing a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long‑term success.
Acquire new customers, improve retention, product mix, and volume while maintaining a profitable sales margin.
Suggest improvements to assist clients with relevant solutions.
Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
Meet with clients to discuss changing needs and assess the quality of our relationship.
Ensure that the Corporate Mission and Values are followed at all times.
Skills
2+ years of sales experience.
Experience in the Food Industry, Hospitality, or Customer Service is required.
Business acumen with a problem‑solving attitude.
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
