What You'll Do
Managing the commercial HVAC account managers in the state of Florida
Interview and hire new team members
Business development, identifying market strategies, and developing/implementing sales initiatives
What You'll Need
5+ years of distribution sales management experience
Expertise in commercial HVAC product lines
Experience selling HVAC products and managing commercial HVAC programs
Experience developing individual sales plans
