Mobile Experts (ME) work as part of a Retail Team to promote the T-Mobile brand. They act as brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They are passionate about connectivity and thrive in a dynamic environment where technology and customer needs evolve continuously. They build meaningful relationships with customers, uncover needs, and educate them on device and service solutions. This role is developmental, preparing associates for future roles such as Retail Associate Manager. New employees will complete training on T-Mobile’s in-store experience and systems. What You’ll Do In Your Role Develop skills in serving and selling, providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty. Assist customers in continuing their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store. Demonstrate the latest technology and provide personalized solutions beyond basic device and plan options, including accessories and IoT devices. Approach customer interactions with professionalism, integrity, and compassion. Utilize digital tools for interactions and onboarding, demonstrating coverage, plans, and services effectively. Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, and systems. Proactively learn about wireless innovations and technology updates. Collaborate with T-Mobile team members across channels to enhance the customer experience, resolve issues, and identify small business leads. The Experience You’ll Bring A passionate customer advocate who enjoys connecting and having fun. A competitive drive and success in fast-paced sales environments. Willingness to learn and share ideas with peers and leaders. Ability to balance customer needs with performance goals.
