As a Sales Development Representative at Reviewr, your primary responsibility is to generate qualified product demo appointments for our sales team—focusing on phone‑first outreach supported by email, LinkedIn, and other channels. You’ll work inbound leads from marketing programs as well as targeted outbound lists, identifying their needs and positioning Reviewr as the solution to their challenges. What You’ll Do
Conduct high-volume outreach to inbound and outbound leads, with a strong emphasis on live phone conversations. Qualify prospects based on program type, needs, and readiness to explore Reviewr. Schedule and confirm product demos for the sales team, ensuring a smooth and informed handoff. Follow up on event registrants, resource downloads, and other marketing-generated leads. Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM, including notes, lead statuses, and next steps. Work within structured outreach sequences while personalizing communication for relevance and impact. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, objection handling, and lead targeting. What You’ll Be Measured On
