Our Outside Sales Representatives

conduct in-home sales presentations of our extensive array of home improvement-related products and services. They live the brand by presenting professionally, demonstrating a wealth of knowledge of the company’s offerings, and ensuring the best possible sales and post-sales customer experience. Compensation

First 90 days, receive training pay up to $673/week

NO COLD CALLING!

Receive high-quality preset appointments Execute sales presentations for prospective customers; prepare and leave written estimates and marketing collateral if no sale results Listen to prospective customers and provide options that meet their home improvement needs Ensure measure sheets, job site photos, and floor plans are completed Maintain CRM records and customer documentation Walk customers through financing options Ensure customer understanding of project details, pricing, next steps, and lead times Review signed contracts with Sales Manager Serve as Showroom Sales Representative one day per week for walk-in traffic Act as liaison between the customer and post-sale division regarding financing, contract changes, and quality assurance Stay current on industry, market trends, and competitor activity Basic Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent Minimum 1+ years in customer-facing retail sales Preferred Qualifications

1+ years in outside or in-home sales, or related field Ability to navigate applications on an iPad Proven ability to perform under pressure in a fast-growth retail environment Reputation as a high-integrity top performer Total Rewards
